Benteler Reinsurance Company DAC (the Company) is a captive reinsurance company domiciled in Ireland, forms part of the Benteler Group and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The primary strategic objective and purpose of the Company is to support the risk management and risk transfer programs of the Benteler Group and its subsidiaries.
In compliance with Section 1551 (13)(a) of the Act, the Audit Committee function of the Company is being carried out by the Company Board of Directors.
